Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify, prospect, and establish new client relationships through various methods (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Gender: Female.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately (no notice period or current employment obligations).
- Experience: Proven track record in a target-based sales role is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on achieving quantifiable sales goals.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
