Sales Executive

About the Role

We are hiring a Cold Outreach Expert to help us generate more leads and close more deals for our design agency. You will use our plug-and-play Sales SOPs, templates, and outreach scripts to connect with potential clients and book qualified meetings.

This is a great opportunity for someone who communicates well, enjoys sales conversations, and wants to grow in a fast-moving creative environment. Freshers with good English are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential leads on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Write personalized outreach messages (connection requests, follow-ups, emails)
• Engage with prospects, handle objections, and maintain active conversations
• Book qualified meetings for our closer/SDR (you do not attend calls)
• Share ideas and strategies to improve client acquisition
• Create short, value-driven Twitter posts to build authority
• Post and engage consistently with our Ideal Customer Avatar (ICA)

Requirements

• Good English communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales or outreach
• Freshers encouraged to apply (if English is good)
• AI prompting knowledge is a plus, but training is provided
• Must be available for evening shift
• Onsite role only
