Job Description – Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, and maintain organized tracking sheets for follow-ups and management reporting.
- Clearly and professionally explain Propstake’s real estate offerings, investment model, tokenized units, and project details to potential clients.
- Build strong rapport with leads, understand their investment goals, and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct virtual or in-person walkthroughs of listed properties and upcoming developments.
- Maintain a structured and consistent follow-up pipeline to maximize lead conversion.
- Coordinate communication between buyers and partner builders when necessary.
- Guide clients throughout the closing process, ensuring clarity on documentation, payments, and next steps.
- Keep CRM records updated and submit daily/weekly performance reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
