Job Description – Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, and maintain organized tracking sheets for follow-ups and management reporting.
  • Clearly and professionally explain Propstake’s real estate offerings, investment model, tokenized units, and project details to potential clients.
  • Build strong rapport with leads, understand their investment goals, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct virtual or in-person walkthroughs of listed properties and upcoming developments.
  • Maintain a structured and consistent follow-up pipeline to maximize lead conversion.
  • Coordinate communication between buyers and partner builders when necessary.
  • Guide clients throughout the closing process, ensuring clarity on documentation, payments, and next steps.
  • Keep CRM records updated and submit daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
