Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Note:
- This is a field-based role that requires regular client visits, and candidates must have their own vehicle for local travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and pitch suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the manager.
- Submit daily reports and update the CRM with accurate client and sales information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle client meetings confidently.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree required
