Job Summary
We are hiring our first Sales Executive to lead the go-to-market efforts for Okta Health. This is a foundational role where you will generate leads, meet clinics and hospitals, run digital marketing activities, and help build our future sales & marketing team. Key
Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads from physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, and rehab centers Conduct on-site visits for demos, relationship building, and deal closures Execute digital marketing activities (campaigns, outreach, social media, lead nurturing) Develop and manage the sales pipeline Work closely with the founders to define sales strategy and target markets Gather customer and market feedback to support product improvements Contribute to building a future sales & marketing team as the company scales
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (HealthTech or SaaS preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable with field visits and meeting healthcare professionals Ability to work independently and meet targets Startup mindset: self-driven, adaptable, and proactive Nice to Have Experience selling to healthcare providers or physiotherapy centers Understanding of physiotherapy or digital health tools Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing campaigns Leadership potential for future team-building Benefits Competitive salary + performance incentives Opportunity to be the first sales hire with high career growth potential Flexible and supportive work environment Chance to directly impact product and company growth
