About Us:-

Holiday Travel Zone is a growing travel agency offering domestic & international tour packages, hotel bookings, flights and customized travel services. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated candidates.

Job Responsibilities:-

Handle daily inbound and outbound calls to promote travel packages.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable itineraries.

Explain domestic tour packages clearly.

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Prepare package quotations and pricing.

Coordinate with the marketing team regarding customer preferences.

Required Skills:-

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of travel destinations ( India must )

Comfortable using computers (Excel, Email, WhatsApp).

Positive attitude and good customer-handling skills.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Qualifications:-

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

Experience in a travel agency is an advantage but not compulsory

Salary:-

15000-30000/- (Depends on Interview)
