BARBHAYA Industries is the top-rated packaging materials manufacturers and the suppliers in Dubai, UAE. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present products/services to clients and explain features and benefits clearly.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) for smooth order processing.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote company products.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in similar industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
