Sales Executive

Job Description:

Marvel Cables is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage local market sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve company sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good market knowledge of electrical materials and strong networking with retailers, electricians, and distributors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA, or a relevant field)
• 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in electrical, cable, or construction material industry)
• Strong market knowledge and existing connections in the local area
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must own a bike for market visits

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with retailers, electricians, and distributors
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct daily market visits to generate leads and explore new business opportunities
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Conduct market research to monitor pricing, competitors, and customer needs
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
