Sales Executive

Generate leads through calls, referrals, site walk-ins, and follow-ups.

Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential clients.

Understand client requirements and pitch the right project/unit.

Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing & upcoming construction projects.

Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth sales flow.

Negotiate pricing, finalize deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Maintain daily sales reports, enquiry trackers, and follow-up sheets.

Build long-term relationships with channel partners and clients.

Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events, and roadshows.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
