The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s cosmetic products to salons and beauty outlets. The role involves regular field visits, developing strong client relationships, generating sales, and achieving monthly targets. The candidate will also be eligible for performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit salons, beauty parlours, and cosmetic retailers to promote and sell company products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to salon staff and owners.
- Generate leads, maintain client relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product sampling, trials, and marketing activities at salons.
- Maintain a proper sales pipeline and report daily visits and sales updates.
- Manage order collection, follow-up on payments, and ensure timely product delivery.
- Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper branding, visibility, and product placement at partner salons.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and training sessions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (cosmetics/beauty).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with salon owners and staff.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Target-driven mindset with strong self-motivation.
- Basic knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler license (preferred).
