Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate new B2B leads through both online and offline methods.
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and expand business in terms of volume and value.
- Price Negotiation & Order Confirmation: Responsible for negotiating prices with clients and ensuring successful order confirmation.
- Sales Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Product Knowledge: Have strong understanding of food and feed additives products or chemical products.
- Travel: Travel to other cities and states as required for marketing purposes (15-20 days per month).
- End-to-End Sales Activities: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to order closure. Collection of payment on time from customers.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, product launches, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and build brand loyalty.
Skills :-
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to Travel: Flexibility to travel 15-20 days per month.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing activities, strategies, and trends.
