Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1.5–2 years of experience in real-estate sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking.
• Handle inquiries and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Manage negotiations and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain and update the CRM with client details and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with the sales team, marketing team, and management to achieve business goals.
• Stay updated on property trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years of experience in real-estate sales (residential/commercial).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication.
• Own vehicle preferred (if applicable).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred).
