Role Summary

You’ll handle sales from the office—no field visits. The job demands someone who understands technology, learns fast, explains products clearly, and converts inquiries into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Understand the product/service deeply and explain it in simple terms
  • Follow up consistently and convert leads into customers
  • Maintain CRM/Google Sheets for daily lead updates
  • Share daily reporting with the manager
  • Coordinate with marketing team for smoother lead flow
  • Learn new tools, apps, and processes quickly

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Quick learner with genuine interest in technology
  • Ability to explain digital products/services clearly
  • Good at handling objections
  • Basic computer skills: Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools
  • Organized and disciplined in follow-ups
  • Target-driven mindset

Eligibility

  • Minimum 12th Pass
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer support
  • Should be comfortable with technology
  • No field visits required
