We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client connections, promoting our product line, and meeting sales objectives. This position requires regular client visits, active brand representation, and close coordination with internal departments to ensure efficient sales operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and reach out to new potential clients, including architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings, product briefings, and presentations.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Generate and follow through with leads to convert them into business opportunities.
Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Promote company products by sharing catalogues, brochures, samples, and other marketing material.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage quotations, client follow-ups, and order processing.
Sales Operations & Coordination
- Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inquiries, client interactions, and sales progress through CRM or other approved systems.
- Provide regular market insights to management, including competitor activities, client preferences, and product feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the interior, architecture, or building materials sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in conducting presentations and skilled in negotiating with clients.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and ready to travel locally for client visits.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of design tools is an added advantage.
