Interact with customers, face-to-face through visits, to establish market information specific to them.
Observe local market trends and relate impacts upon the customers.
Share information within sales team to improve the ability of oneself and others to identify the most applicable service against competitor product offers.
Plan and prepare for sales visits to both existing and prospect customers e.g. contact person, address, trading history, etc
Perform visits to appropriate contacts within existing and prospect customers according to the standard activity KPIs and centrally agreed sales processes.
Develop existing customers via up selling and or cross selling.
Meet sales targets predefined and agreed upon with Direct Manager; Agree on selling rates while respecting Gross Margin set.
Provide a channel of communication between the company and its customer, facilitating resolutions of complaints and queries.
Perform all sales administration activities to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
1-3 years working experience in business development, sales executive, or a relevant role with a sales record of accomplishment.
Organizational Awareness and Market Knowledge
Knowledge of express distribution industry specific tips and tools.
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Eligibility to work in UAE and have driving license.
