Job Overview

As anintegral part of our Regional Marketing & Sales team, the Central Sales Executiveembodies our commitment to providing exceptional customer service, nurturingprospective and current family relationships, and maintaining the higheststandards within the Cognita family of schools. This role is pivotal in guidingfamilies from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring each interactionreflects our ethos of excellence, care, and responsiveness.

TheCentral Sales Executive consistently strives to meet and exceed targets,thereby maximising overall conversion rates. This position is crucial fordriving growth, maintaining a seamless, supportive journey for prospectivefamilies, and upholding Cognita's reputation for delivering an outstandingeducational experience.

What you'll do
  • Oversee andmanage sales pipelines for multiple schools, ensuring all enquiries,applications, and leads are accurately tracked and updated in the CRMsystem (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Prioritise tasks to ensure enquiriesare responded to promptly and efficiently in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor eachstage of the sales funnel (from enquiry to enrolment) to identifyopportunities to increase conversion rates.
High-Quality Customer Engagement
  • Act as the first point of contact forprospective parents, ensuring all interactions are personalised,professional, and aligned with Cognita's RES standards.
  • Conduct detailed follow-up calls,emails, and virtual meetings to nurture leads and provide families withtailored information based on their specific needs and preferences.
  • Deliver compelling and empatheticparent conversations that showcase the value proposition of Cognitaschools.
Conversionand Sales Targets
  • Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales KPIs,including enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversionrates.
  • Proactively identify at-risk leads and develop strategies tore-engage and convert them.
  • Support targeted campaigns to drive sales numbers,including open days, virtual tours, and events.
  • Promote the unique value propositions of different Cognita schools, effectively cross-selling to maximise family engagement and retention across the network.
Process andQuality Management
  • Ensure a seamless, efficient, and enjoyableexperience for prospective parents throughout the sales journey.
  • Follow standardised procedures for enquiry handling,follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Utilise advanced CRM analytics to monitor, analyse, and produce weekly reports. Make data-informed decisions to enhance conversion rates and optimise sales strategies.
  • Maintain high-quality records in the CRM to ensure dataintegrity and accurate reporting.
  • Actively contribute to the development of sales bestpractices and customer service excellence within the central team.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, andparent expectations to provide relevant insights.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional developmentopportunities to enhance skills.
What we're looking for
  • Qualifications: Bachelor'sdegree in a relevant field. Additional certifications in sales, marketing,or customer relations highly advantageous.
  • Experience: Experience in asales role, with a demonstrated track record in achieving sales targetsand enhancing customer service within the education sector.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonalabilities, including strong proficiency in Arabic and English. Skilled in CRMsystems and data analysis, with robust strategic thinking, planning, andexecution capabilities.
WorkingConditions
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm or asrequired, including occasional weekends for events and peak times.
  • Travel: Occasional travel betweenschools and to regional offices as needed.
