We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our luxury packaging division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting high-end packaging solutions to luxury brands, including jewellery, perfumes, cosmetics, and premium retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the luxury and premium packaging industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and onsite visits to understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients on approvals.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports to the management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury packaging, printing, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a professional presence.
- Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
- Knowledge of luxury retail, jewellery, cosmetic, or perfume packaging is an advantage.
- Good understanding of materials such as velvet, suede, MDF, premium papers, PU leather, and gift boxes.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
