We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, promoting our product range, and achieving sales targets. This role involves regular client meetings, brand promotion, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship & Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential clients such as architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Promote our product range by distributing catalogues, brochures, and material samples to prospective clients.
- Represent the company in industry meetups, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups, quotations, and order processing.
- Sales Execution & Coordination:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales pipeline (With CRM or any other described Medium).
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and product performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the interior, architecture, or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, organised, and willing to travel locally for client visits.
- Basic Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic design software knowledge is a plus.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
