SALES EXECUTIVE

1. Shall be the overall controller of the marketing activities in his Zone

2. Shall liaison with the distributors in the Zone & motivate them for increasing the sales of our Products

3. The market related issues if any faced by the distributors shall brought to the notice of DSM immediately & also shall present in the monthly reviews.

4. Shall have an idea about all the sales out lets of Retailers/MT/GT in his Zone

5. Shall identify & appoint new Distributors in the Zone with prior approval from the DSM & maintain the existing Distributors with continuous follow up & smooth dealings

6. Shall identify new retail shops & connect them to the Distributor in that area.

7. Shall see that the Distributors are supplying products to the retail outlets at least twice in a week

8. Shall have the data of all the retail outlets, volumes of Product sales in the Zone, Volumes lifted by the Distributors etc every month with him

9. Shall visit the market every day for the market development activities & shall see that each shop in the Zone is selling our products.

10. Daily attendance & daily field report (number of shops visited, indent collected, details of the shop etc) shall be forwarded to the DSM

11. Shall identify the requirement of marketing materials like Danglers, Boards, Posters etc in the Zone & collect them from the DSM. Shall see that all the shops selling our Products are having our materials displayed.

12. Shall assist the DSM in capturing the MT/GT outlets in the Zone

13. The sales forecast of all the Products shall be calculated in consultation with the distributors & forward to the DSM every succeeding month before 3rd.

14. Shall take responsibility to collect the credit in the Zone Market

15. Shall be in touch with the DSM & update the market scenario to him every day

16. Shall update the monthly sales data of each product to the DSM before 3rd of every month.

17. Shall liaison with the product supply vehicle & ensure the smooth supply of Products at the retail outlets/distributor points.

18. Shall be in good relation with the Product Hub for ensuring the on time supply of products.

19. Any other duties assigned to him by the DSM from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
