We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at our headquarters in Platinum Tower.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record in the Dubai market. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and selling high-impact AI solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.
The ideal candidate understands the local business culture, speaks the language of our clients (literally and figuratively), and possesses the mobility to meet clients face-to-face across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and qualify new leads within the UAE market through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and propose tailored AI solutions (Consulting, Automation, Custom Development) that solve real business problems.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
- Client Meetings: Travel to client sites for presentations, demos, and negotiation meetings.
- Market Presence: Represent Agenoria at local tech events (e.g., GITEX), conferences, and networking gatherings.
- Proposal Creation: Collaborate with our technical team to draft compelling proposals and presentations.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License and own car are MANDATORY. (You will be required to attend frequent client meetings across Dubai/UAE).
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of on-ground sales experience in Dubai/UAE, preferably within a Digital Agency, Software House, or SaaS environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent/Native proficiency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Local Network: An established network of professional contacts in Dubai is highly desirable.
- Tech-Savviness: A genuine interest in AI and Technology. You must understand the basics of what we sell (e.g., Generative AI, Chatbots, Data Automation).
- Location: Ability to commute to our office in JLT, Platinum Tower when not meeting clients.
