Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PPE products across industrial, marine, construction, and oil & gas sectors.

o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and procurement teams.

o Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and after-sales service.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Coordination & Logistics

o Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and compliance with client specifications.

o Support pricing strategies and quotation preparation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PPE, safety equipment, or industrial garments.
  • Strong understanding of PPE categories (e.g., coveralls, gloves, helmets, safety shoes).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Must be a resident of Dubai.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
