Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the shipping and logistics industry, particularly in the NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting NVOCC services across international trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for NVOCC services, including FCL, LCL, and multimodal shipments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, consignees, agents, and overseas partners
• Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates with customers and agents
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and shipping standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of NVOCC operations, ocean freight, Incoterms, and shipping documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
