Position Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth rental operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s rental services to new and existing customers.
- Handle walk-in, call-in, and online rental inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, rental agreements, and required documentation.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients and build new partnerships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and delivery.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the vehicle fleet, rental offers, and market competitors.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, extensions, and feedback.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in rent-a-car or automotive sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Valid UAE driving license (advantage).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
