Sales Executive

Real Estate Department

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Reach out to prospects through warm calling and outbound calling to generate leads
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in inside sales or outbound calling is preferred
