Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
- Conduct outbound and warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Utilize inside sales techniques to effectively present solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong background in business development with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
