Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
  • Conduct outbound and warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Utilize inside sales techniques to effectively present solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong background in business development with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
