We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, creating product awareness, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for live product demonstrations with the Senior Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential businesses to introduce our HRMS software and its features.
  • Generate interest and create awareness about the product offerings.
  • Identify potential leads and qualify them based on company requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the Senior Sales Executive with prospective clients.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM tools.
  • Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support business development objectives.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Proven experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales, preferably in a B2B or software company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English and regional languages).
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
  • Ability to present product benefits clearly and confidently over calls.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in HRMS, SaaS, or IT software sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
