Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, technology solutions, and customer engagement to achieve company objectives.

Duties

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and qualify prospects
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present product offerings and solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales deals effectively
  • Manage the entire sales cycle using CRM software such as Salesforce, from initial contact to closing
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and demonstrating product features
  • Track sales activities and prepare reports on sales performance and pipeline status

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales roles
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to conduct outbound calling and warm calling campaigns confidently
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales development
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in technical or business development sales is preferred
