About the Company:

A fast-growing retail brand focused on costumes, party items, balloons, gifts, and celebration essentials. Our customers shop with us in-store and online, especially via the company website, WhatsApp and social media.

Who we’re looking for

We want a sales person who:

• loves dealing with people,
• enjoys selling,
• and can confidently convert customers face-to-face and online.

If you’re the type who can turn “I’m just looking” into a happy customer with a full basket — you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do

In-store sales

• Welcome customers with energy and help them choose the right items.
• Build complete celebration solutions (themes, bundles, add-ons).
• Upsell naturally without being pushy.
• Maintain a clean, attractive shop presence.
• Handle POS and customer service basics.

Online sales

• Respond quickly on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
• Share product options, photos, prices, and recommendations.
• Follow up professionally to close and confirm orders.
• Coordinate with the team for order prep and delivery handover.

Targets & teamwork

• Work toward daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Share simple ideas to improve customer experience and boost sales.

Experience we’re looking for

Must have

• 2+ years in retail sales.
• Comfortable working with targets and commission.
• Good communication and customer handling.
• Basic POS experience.

Nice to have (strong advantage)

• Online, WhatsApp and social media DM sales.
• Experience in gifts, lifestyle, kids/family retail, fashion, or seasonal products.
• Familiarity with online order handling.
• Balloon artist or similar experience.

Languages

• English required
• Arabic is a strong plus
