Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive with relevant experience in 3D printing, fiberglass, manufacturing, or similar project-based industries. The candidate must understand our type of work and be able to bring new clients and opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in related industries
  • Promote our 3D printing, fiberglass, and sculptor services
  • Prepare and send quotations for projects
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience in 3D printing, fiberglass, sculpting, industrial manufacturing, or similar technical sales is REQUIRED
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • UAE experience preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
  • Ability to understand technical project details and explain them to clients
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiation and contract finalization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
  • Present product solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional materials
  • Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to foster long-term partnerships
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments in technology sales

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales roles
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and engage customers through telemarketing techniques
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales development and lead generation
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and expand client portfolios
  • Experience in using CRM tools for customer management and reporting is preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
