Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Furniture Sales Executive to join our showroom team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, guide them through our product offerings, and help them choose the best solutions. If you have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the UAE furniture market, we would be excited to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to the showroom professionally and provide clear, detailed product information.
• Handle customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
• Follow up with potential clients and support them throughout their decision-making process.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to finalize sales and ensure all customer needs are met with the highest quality standards.
• Offer expert consultations on furniture products, styles, and design options.
• Generate new leads through cold calling and expand the company’s client base.
• Negotiate effectively with customers and close sales successfully.
• Maintain organized records and document all sales activities accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry or similar fields.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Strong understanding of the UAE furniture market and current trends.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
• Strong computer literacy, including experience with sales systems and data handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing reports and organizing information.
