Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in the UAE FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth across modern trade and traditional trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage and grow existing distributor, retailer, and key account relationships across the UAE.
- Identify and onboard new clients, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery stores, and HORECA accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivable cycles.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
- Support in product launches, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and trade events.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5–6 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry within the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the UAE retail, wholesale, and HORECA market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong network of buyers, traders, and decision-makers in FMCG.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi, is a plus.
