Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in selling trading products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inverter trading, with the ability to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close sales. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a competitive environment and is eager to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients for trading products, with a focus on inverters.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and explore further business opportunities.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of inverter products and the trading market to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments and features.

- Promote products through presentations, demonstrations, and trade shows.

- Track and report on sales activities, including leads, conversions, and sales metrics.

- Provide regular updates to management on progress towards sales goals and market conditions.

Qualifications:

Education: Open to candidates with any educational background.

Experience:

- Proven experience in inverter trading is required.

- Strong sales background with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
