Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Ayat Developments' off-plan projects to direct clients and real estate agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits with potential buyers.
- Educate clients about project features, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and regulatory changes.
- Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to follow up on leads and enhance conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Developer Real Estate Sales.
- UAE driving license and own car.
