Qatar Ceramic is a leading provider of high-quality porcelain tiles, offering innovative and durable solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to support our local operations and strengthen our presence in Qatar’s dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with local clients, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Qatar's construction and renovation sectors.
- Present and promote the company’s tile products to clients and educate them on their features and benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and tailor sales strategies to meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and product presentations.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to fulfill client requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance the company’s market position.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the ceramic industry in Qatar.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
