- Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire protection and life safety systems
- Promote and sell fire alarm systems, fire fighting systems, AMC, testing & commissioning, and maintenance services
- Meet consultants, contractors, facility managers, and end users to understand project requirements
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and BOQs based on client and site requirements
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with engineering teams for technical support
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, LPOs, and contract finalization
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and AMC renewals
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction
- Track payments and ensure collections as per agreed terms
- Stay updated on UAE Civil Defense / NFPA standards and market trends
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
