We are expanding our sales presence and looking for energetic Sales Executives to strengthen our market reach in Alappuzha.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Generate sales by visiting dealers, fabricators, contractors, engineers, and builders.
• Assist in onboarding new dealers and supporting existing dealer points.
• Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects and convert them into sales.
• Promote Besguard products through regular field visits and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall market growth.
• Coordinate with the sales team to execute local sales plans.
• Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence in the market.
• Earn attractive incentives for achieving sales above ₹10 lakhs.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in field sales within the building materials or construction products industry.
• Experience in selling Rainwater Gutters / Pipes & Fittings / Roofing Sheets is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle fieldwork and build strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
