Job Title: Sales Executive (Europe & North America Markets)

Location: El Sheikh Zayed, Giza

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Head of Sales / CEO

Job Summary

BitBang is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in software development, IT services, or digital agencies .

You will be responsible for generating and closing international opportunities across Europe and North America , which requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to present and negotiate confidently with global clients.

The role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach, to discovery calls, proposal development, and deal closing—while collaborating closely with PMO and Engineering teams for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential clients in Europe and North America.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using LinkedIn, email outreach, and platforms such as Clutch and Upwork.
  • Develop creative, personalized outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Heads of Product, etc.).

Sales Cycle Management

  • Conduct discovery calls in excellent English to understand client needs and project requirements.
  • Present BitBang’s software development services confidently to international prospects.
  • Collaborate with PMO and Engineering to prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details with prospects.
  • Close deals in alignment with quarterly and annual sales targets.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or ClickUp).
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
  • Track sales performance and continuously refine outreach strategies.

Client Onboarding & Handover

  • Act as the primary point of contact during pre-sales.Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to delivery teams by communicating expectations clearly.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on global software development trends, competitive landscapes, and industry best practices.
  • Recommend improvements to sales processes and market strategies.
  • Explore opportunities to improve automation and efficiency in outreach and CRM workflows.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, especially in software development or IT services.
  • Proven success closing deals with European or North American clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, UI/UX basics, and technical terminology.
  • Experience using Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or ClickUp.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SaaS, outsourcing, or global software development projects.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud services and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools or advanced CRM workflows.

  • Working Hours: Flexible start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Core hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
