Job Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive to handle student engagement, institutional outreach, and promotional activities across Kerala. The role involves conducting awareness programs, coordinating events, generating student inquiries, and supporting overall student acquisition initiatives.
Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions as per the outreach plan
- Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and student interaction programs
- Build and maintain relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners
- Generate student inquiries through field visits, events, and engagement activities
- Collect, verify, and update student and parent details accurately in the CRM
- Support offline marketing initiatives such as brochures, posters, standees, and event setups
- Develop local networks and strengthen community engagement
- Participate in education fairs, expos, and promotional programs
- Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities with institutions and local organizations
- Share field insights and feedback to improve sales and outreach effectiveness
- Coordinate follow-ups with Sales and Counseling teams
- Encourage student walk-ins and inquiries at learning centers
- Maintain daily records of visits, interactions, and activities
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and field initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, student engagement, or offline/BTL marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
- Ability to independently manage travel, events, and field operations
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
- Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
