Job Title: Sales Executive (Telecalling)

  • Interview mode – Virtual
  • Notice Period – Immediate Joiners.
  • 5 days working.
  • Work from Home

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain Amazon's products and services.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential leads and update customer information as needed.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon's product and service offerings to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries about Amazon products and services.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring that revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  • Continuously track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Establish rapport with customers and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Techniques:
  • Utilize effective telecalling scripts and sales techniques to persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
  • Overcome objections and handle rejection professionally.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in a CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all Amazon sales policies and guidelines.
  • Adhere to legal and ethical standards when conducting sales calls.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:-

  • Proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in an e-commerce or tech-related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
