Job Title: Sales Executive – DXB

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Sales Executive – Global to lead, manage, and execute Misha Lakhani trunk shows across international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury fashion retail, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to deliver elevated customer experiences that reflect the brand’s identity and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute international trunk shows aligned with overall brand strategy and sales goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with venues, event partners, and logistics providers to ensure premium-quality event setups.
  • Oversee inventory management, including timely dispatch of collections, and ensure compliance with customs and international shipping requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to promote trunk shows through social media, email marketing, PR initiatives, and partnerships with local influencers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with VIP customers, high-net-worth clients, and stylists to drive engagement and maximize sales.
  • Track sales performance, customer insights, and event ROI; prepare detailed post-event reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with local partners, teams, and vendors to ensure seamless on-ground operations, staffing, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate costs, and ensure financial efficiency while maintaining brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in luxury fashion events, trunk shows, or high-end retail management.
  • Strong understanding of global fashion markets and luxury consumer behavior.
  • Proven project management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across international markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with VIP clientele.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Experience with budgeting, reporting, and event logistics management.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs processes, and compliance regulations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
