Sales Executive

BARBHAYA INDUSTRIES is the top rated packaging material manufacturers and suppliers in Dubai, is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for adhesive tapes, including Aluminum Tapes, BOPP Tapes, Masking Tapes, Stretch Films, and Duct Tapes.
• Develop and maintain a client database, and create a sales plan to approach and engage potential clients.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms and conditions to secure orders.
• Actively follow up with leads and prospects, and track sales activities in a CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales and promotional materials.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Maintain a good understanding of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the adhesive tape industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of adhesive tapes, including Aluminum Tapes, BOPP Tapes, Masking Tapes, Stretch Films, and Duct Tapes.
• A valid Dubai driving license and willingness to travel across the UAE for client visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a driven individual.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• A proactive and organized approach to sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
