About Us

We are a growing plastic furniture and household goods manufacturer/distributor operating in the UAE market. We produce and supply high-quality plastic products such as chairs, tables, storage items and household goods. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced professional who already understands the UAE market.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in the UAE plastics industry, specifically plastic furniture, household goods, or injection-moulded products. The ideal candidate must have an existing network of retailers, distributors, wholesalers or B2B clients in the UAE and proven sales achievement in this sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales for plastic furniture and household product lines across the UAE.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market visits, product presentations, and negotiate deals.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales orders.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the UAE plastic market (plastic furniture, household goods, injection-moulded products, plastic trading, etc.).
• Strong network of existing customers (distributors, retail shops, wholesalers, hypermarkets, traders).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE.
• Fluent English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with plastic furniture companies, household goods manufacturers, or injection moulding factories.
• Knowledge of polymers, moulds, SKUs, production lead times, and order cycles.
• Previous experience in UAE free zones (production or trading) is beneficial.
