Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Location: On-field / Site visits
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit construction sites, projects, and potential client locations to generate new leads
- Promote and sell company products/services to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and builders
- Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Follow up on leads and close sales as per assigned targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in field sales (interior, construction, building material industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good time management and planning skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Valid driving license and two-wheeler/four-wheeler
