Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Search for potential clients through networking, referrals, and research.
  • Actively explore new markets to increase the companys customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop trust and long-term partnerships with customers.
  • Regularly follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions
  • Listen to client requirements carefully.
  • Suggest suitable products/services and present them effectively through proposals or demos.
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Discuss pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
  • Finalize contracts and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Maintain sales records and stay updated on market trends
  • Keep proper records of leads, sales, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Track competitors and industry updates to plan better strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
