Salary: AED 5,000 per month

We are an e-commerce company that specializes in the automobile industry. Our objective is to connect customers with a variety of car-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, field visits, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and market conditions.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Onboard garages and car service partners by identifying prospects, pitching services, and completing onboarding requirements.
• Conduct regular field visits and partner meetings to build strong relationships, maintain engagement, and support ongoing business needs.
• Collect service pricing, business data, and required details from garages to support onboarding and operations.
• Educate partners on service/app functionalities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive/car service or garage industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with a results-driven mindset.
• Field-sales mindset with the ability to conduct daily visits and client meetings.
• Good knowledge of garage operations, service pricing, and automotive service types.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license (preferably with own car).
