We are seeking a motivated, well-presented, and proactive Sales Executive to represent the Sohum Wellness Sanctuary brand. The ideal candidate will have excellent networking skills, a strong understanding of luxury wellness and hospitality, and existing connections within corporate companies for partnerships, events, and corporate gifting.
This role requires a blend of relationship-building, business development, and brand representation to drive revenue and expand Sohum’s presence across Dubai’s corporate and wellness markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish new corporate partnerships, gifting clients, and event collaborations aligned with Sohum’s brand values.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, corporate HRs, event planners, and hospitality partners.
- Represent Sohum professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Promote and sell Sohum’s wellness experiences, spa memberships, gift cards, and Ayurvedic services.
- Develop sales proposals, quotations, and tailor-made corporate wellness packages.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns.
- Track sales performance, maintain client records, and provide regular reports to management.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and partnership targets.
- Actively contribute to the growth of Sohum’s reputation in Dubai’s wellness and luxury community.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in hospitality, wellness, or luxury service industry.
- Strong network of corporate and B2B contacts in Dubai (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and confident in client-facing environments.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
- UAE Driving License preferred (not mandatory but a strong advantage).
