  • Identify and develop new corporate, travel agent, and leisure accounts
  • Promote hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and F&B outlets
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts and rate agreements
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads promptly
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and Events teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide feedback on pricing strategies and promotions
  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Update sales activities in CRM or sales reports
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting when required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of corporate, leisure, and MICE segments
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and MS Office
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Flexible working hours including evenings or weekends as required
  • Frequent client visits and site inspections
