Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying new business opportunities, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Meeting clients (in-person/virtual), understanding needs, demonstrating products/services, and building trust.
- Sales & Negotiation: Presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and achieving sales targets/quotas.
- Account Management: Maintaining relationships with current clients, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Administrative: Managing CRM, updating databases, preparing quotes, and generating sales reports.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Working with marketing, staying updated on industry trends, and representing the company at events.
