Job Title: Sales Executive – Banking

Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding financial needs, and offering suitable banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and lead generation
- Promote and sell banking products such as:
- Savings & Current Accounts
- Loans (Personal, Home, Auto, Business)
- Credit Cards
- Insurance & Investment Products
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, benefits, and charges
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with KYC/AML norms
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, loan processing, and disbursement
- Keep updated on bank policies, products, and market trends
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain customer records in CRM systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or any related field
- 0–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales (freshers can apply)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in retail banking or NBFC sales
- Field sales experience in financial products
