Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain and organize the retail space, ensuring products are attractively displayed.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Track daily sales and report to the sales manager.
• Support marketing and promotional activities in-store.

Wholesale Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential wholesale clients (hotels, retailers, distributors, businesses).
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing wholesale clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to wholesale buyers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with wholesale clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for wholesale accounts.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
